Can’t upload avatars

Does anyone else get an error when trying to upload avatars? I’ve tried PNG and JPEG.

Probably permissions. We got hacked because directories need to be 777 to be able to upload, and I got paranoid so never bothered setting them that way. I should probably enable that again some time.... just scary.

Well I haven't had a problem. But then again, I haven't changed my avatar for. . .about a year?
