I searched google, couldnt come up wiht anything. But I would like to know if there's some homemade formula, or maybe even something cheap that can be bought that makes somebody go to sleep and stay asleep. Preferably a deep sleep that they won't be woken up easily (for the wife wink.gif ) But if there's anything like this please let me know...

Thanx

lol 1 minute later, it was probably still on top.

For a sleep formula try:

50% cyanide, 25% water, 25% sugar

Serve chilled.

Yes sugar sounds weird in a sleep formula, but it stimulates the brain cells encouraging dreaming which strengthens the sleep patterns.

Well there is a formula that works for me but its not so much a formula as it is tea =)...
Any ways the formula is with no sugar called Guyaki tea. It works for me you could find it at your local trader Joe's or organic food stores.

Oh and by the way its really bitter but above all do not add sugar.

whatever happened to good ol' fashioned alkihol? Serisouly, a couple benadryl and a few shots should do the trick. That's all Nyquil is anyway, benadryl and booze. Mind you nyquil doesn't have that much alcohol in it.

A nice glass of port or sherry usually does the trick for me. Weaker wines, though, call for at least two glasses.

a hellish overdose of Morphine usually works well.
Heroin usually makes a good substitute.

I noticed that eating a few pounds of peanuts and almonds helps. its a delayed sleepiness though. See, it keeps you up one night to go for a huge dump, so the night after you'll sleep well. Make fiber your friend!

Dunno man, I've had entire weeks where I've been sleep deprived, go to bed each day tired as hell and then wake up 4-5 hours later, unable to sleep. In fact, these past two weeks that I've been on vacation have largely been like that. It's one reason I got so pissed at those people holding a loud party on the one night that I was actually in the zone. Those f*****s.

Honestly, no, not really. But when I do really need to get to sleep, I pull out the stoly and take a shot or two. Luckily though I haven't had that problem in a while. I've gotten into a pretty regular sleeping pattern, which helps a great deal. I take a couple of benedryl (for allergies as much as a sleep aide), lie down and put on either a podcast or some music. I'm usually out within 15min or so.

Even my lil' buddy, Al Cohol, can no longer help me sleep well. I've never been a big drinker but resorted to getting wobbly to make it easier to fall asleep. Now I'm taking OTC Unisom and sleep pretty well. It's not easy having a vampirish sleep schedule, and who knows how long it will be before OTC sleep aides cease to work.... Hopefully by then, I'll have a new job and can sleep at night like human beings are generally supposed to.
