| lol Well...the story goes(feel free to tldr): My name is actually Chris. In 8th grade I thought my sister was the coolest thing since fire was invented. And at the band picnic, she introduced me to her cool junior friends. And I was like "Woa! Big kids." They said to me, "What's your name?" "Chris" "Okay...we're gonna call you 'Chyse'" I started spelling it Chis. But a couple years ago I decided Chyse looks more like it sounds, but it also looks much more badass. So now I put it as my username for almost everything. My first real character in WoW is named Chyse. My current main character is named Shyss (an obvious off-shoot of Chyse). My Cleric in D&D is named Shyss Kilgannon. (Shyss from my WoW character, Kilgannon stolen from the story behind my favorite band) Yeah...Chyse... Also...check my sig. That dude on the left next to the word "Chyse?" That's my WoW priest at like level...47 or so??? I had a friend do that for me like freshman year. I'm so tired of Goalguarder...I used to play keeper in soccer so i "guarded the goal." Thus the name. And I was 12 when i created the username...so the 12 stuck. Anywho... I think Chyse is better representation of who I am...as much as a name can represent somebody... And by the way, it's pronounced (ch-eye-ss) |

That's some serious drama BS. I must've been clamoring for attention or something... Well i'm glad I didn't have the balls to kill myself... oh, btw, I DID eventually end up seeing a therapist lol...And it was totally cool...after the first 5 meetings or so I started talking. Helped me get through parent issues. Now i'm a part of this club called "Project Irish," which is the anti-bullying club at my HS. We go to other private grade schools and talk about our experiences with bullying and how to stop it. Kind of like a complete 180°... |

| LOL william wallace. I never really had a huge issue with him other then he was kind of anoying and most people hated him. Then at random he turned on us and launched that petty attack on the forum with his friends from ytmnd. They were pissed when they realized how fast I cleaned it up with sql queries lol. Good times. |

| Wow that stuff's pretty old. Even though I was part of those conversations at the time I forgot about them and I was shocked to see Bookworm take that stand and slam WW like that. Pretty cool though. WW was always causing controversy...wasn't he? |

| I think that the whole internet and forum rage went downhill in general shortly after the move to here...or the interests shifted to new areas at least...like maybe blogs...? I really don't know. What I do know is that I was part of a few forums at the time that either are removed now or completely dead. Such as World Chaos. Something happened...something that involved a huge relocation of people on the web. The AF was lucky to survive at all from what I see of the rest of the places I regularly visited. |

| started back in 01 due to a dispute with the administration at the pit. magic led the charge along with megaspaz, me and others like freshmeat (remember him?!) weren't far behind. the af survived several moves and changes until it's been settled here for quite some time now. i was an admin here for some time, but i was a jerk at times, so due to some disputes i stepped down. tell you what, i certainly miss the days of minnie, megaspaz, magic, and tak. ahh, those were the days. used to have a hell of a time here, especially in the wlt spamming away.  |

| If I remember correctly, AF really started at the pcpitstop forums...somebody (maybe Magic) started what was basically a WLT over there and after a while it got deleted...so Magic pretty much started this forum for that? And a few of us pcpitstoppers moved over here slowly, but surely...I was a lurker for a long time until I got banned over there and came here full-time. Magic used to live in California back then...not sure what's up with him now. Oh, the original people that kept the site going was pretty much Magic, Fragged, Spaz, Tak, Minnie, Tracy, Booper, Fresh Meat...and I can't remember if Kat, Woyaya, and CG were around from the beginning, but they were here a long time. Other than that, most of the regulars from back then still post from time to time, with guys like CK (and others) coming back every blue moon. :þ |
